Dr. Ankur Saurav is one of the most renowned Joint Replacement Surgeons in Jharkhand and nearby states. His expertise in the field of Joint Replacement (Knee, Hip, & Shoulder Replacement) , has benefited immense number of patients in this region.

He has achieved his undergraduate degree from reputed College in Lucknow where he was gold medalist, after which he did diploma in Orthopedics from Kolkata Medical College where he was ranked first in the West Bengal Board of Medical University.

After that he joined DNB orthopedics from Tata Main Hospital, Jamshedpur where he cleared DNB exam in first attempt. He had all India rank 8th in DNB entrance examination. Throughout his medical education he had an outstanding and Award Winning performance.

He had served at lot of premier institute Nationally (Sport Injury Center, Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi) & Internationally (Asklepios Hospital, Germany )

After post graduation he had done following fellowships.

2. He is among those few surgeons in India who does good number of Rotating platform implant knee replacement which provides long life to knees and he is more patient friendly.
3. He is among those few surgeons in the region who does partial knee Replacements, Revision hip and knee Replacement and reverse shoulder replacement.
4. He is the first individual surgeon in Jharkhand to perform debut Reverse Shoulder Arthroplasty.
5. He had been faculty in many national conferences.
